Fall/Winter Haul-Aeropostale

  Hi friends! Today I'd like to share a little haul for some shopping I did at Aeropostale. Initially, I'd say that I don't usually shop at this store (this purchase was made online) because this brand does target a much younger audience. I was in the market to find myself some nice sweat pants and I did (among other things)! I found that they were having a pretty darn good sale that I couldn't refuse (40% off first item, 30% on the other items). I first collected all the things that I was interested in, but quickly realized that it would actually be better to separate my order into four separate orders to take advantage of the 40% off the first item (the higher cost item was discounted). So, I did all my calculations and proceeded to find my account on Ebates to get 2.5% back on my purchase. I also found that the separate orders were a good idea because apart from getting that extra discount, I also qualified for 2-day free shipping when I paid through Paypal. I was also surprised to have received $5 back from Aeropostale for each order ($20 cash back in gift card from Aero ) that I can use for another order, basically another free item depending on what I choose. I think that the materials used and quality of the manufacturing is high quality. So, I'm glad I took advantage of this sale....spending always feels better when you know you saved!!

TJ Maxx Online

If you're like me and you love a good bargain you should be thrilled with the news that TJ Maxx is now selling discounted clothing online. If you have ever shopped a TJ Maxx or any similar store you know that the hunt is definitely worth your time because you can most definitely find some amazing pieces. The website seems to have been recently  launched and doesn't appear to have nearly as many items as you'd find in store. The items listed on the website are Womens, Shoes, handbags, and The Runway(recently others may have been added); the start price point is around $20 and above. I imagine that the clothing listed online will be some of the more pricier items that they have in large quantities. The first advantage of this that I can see is that you might be able to find pieces that are still in the best shape. If you have been at these stores you know that so many people handle and rummage through clothing that they may end up simply being destroyed. Occasionally you might run into an item you love but it has been "loved" far too much by other customers so it never makes it out of the store when it's already torn or snagged. So, really this in return  might  translate into less damaged products; for the customer this means more "buyable" items and for the stores it would mean less returns on damaged products since less people will be handling the items. Overall, I say that shopping must be done with true passion and not matter too much where you do it as long as it gets done!!

3.1 Phillip Lim for Target has finally arrived!

Hello friends!! I have some great news for this beautiful Sunday…that is if you didn't already know that 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target has arrived! Today 9.15.13, the much awaited day is finally here. What does this mean you may ask? Well, I have to be completely honest and tell you that up to a couple months back I did not know either. But upon some quick research to figure out what the buzz was about I found that this really means so much in the world of fashion. The reason being that Phillip Lim is a very sought after designer with some great pieces that have a pretty hefty price tag for most of us. However, this is the chance to snag up some really incredible pieces ranging from clothing, shoes, and handbags. Now, I honestly may not see myself suited for the clothes (they do look great) but I have been eyeing the handbags! This is the chance to pick up a completely genuine piece for an unbelievable price. For example, one of the handbags that will be featured is about $55 (for a large satchel), if you were to purchase outside this collection it would run up in the $800-$1300's at least. So, even if you’re not familiar with this name I would advise for you to go take a sneak peek, you won’t regret it! Happy findings.
